Contact our support team with your order number and the serial number of your device to initiate the return process.

Receive Authorization

Once your request is reviewed, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions via email.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack the keyboard in its original packaging including all cables and accessories, clearly marking your RMA number on the outside of the box.

Inspection and Refund

After our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
